General information
Ladders and industrial stairs/bridging are produced in compliance with the following regulations: BGV D36, BGI 637, DIN 4569, DIN 24530, DIN 31003, (ZH 1/367) EN ISO 14122.
Corrosion and water resistant aluminium. Stringers with strong screw channel connections. Rail consists of round aluminium tube Ø 40 mm, height 1.100 mm. The corrugated aluminium rungs are
standard. Components are mainly connected by steel galvanized screw plates. Delivery with pre-assembled components, can be delivered assembled, if desired. Recommended in accordance with EN
ISO 14122: Standard angle of inclination is 45°. Only if the available space doesn't allow otherwise, a 60° angle is an option.
Aluminium ladders with aluminium (AL) rungs or steel perforated grid rungs (PR)
Rung depth 200 mm, rung width 600 - 800 - 1.000 mmo. Delivery handrail, on top assembly corner brackets, on bottom wear-resistant anti-skid feet and assembly corner brackets. Special measurements
and rungs of aluminium, square or perforated gratings or steel square gratings on request.
Aluminium (step)ladder with platform
Stable aluminium construction, with fastener profiles for upper and lower part. Rungs are standard of corrugated aluminium.
Rung depth: 200 mm
Rung width: 600 - 800 - 1.000 mm
Platform size: 600 mm
Standard delivery with one-sided handrail on ladder and platform. Special measurements en/or rungs of aluminium square or perforated gratings on request. Is delivered partially assembled.
Support brackets and rails for the upper end are available at extra cost. These ladders with platform are not suitable for houses.
Aluminium ladder with platform, mobile
Stable aluminium construction. Rungs and platform are standard made of profiled aluminium.
Rung depth: 200 mm
Rung width: 600 - 800 - 1.000 mm
Standard delivery with handrail on either side and platform handrail on 3 sides. 2 swivel castors on the access side Ø 125 mm, on the work side a cross beam with 2 fixed castors Ø 160 mm. All castors have a brake.
Special measurements and/or rungs of aluminium square or perforated gratings or steel square or perforated gratings on request. Is delivered partially assembled.
Bridge ladder
Construction is built up of aluminium profiles with tightening channel. Rungs are mounted on the stiles in U-profile. Standard delivery attachment profiles for floor assembly, ladder and platform handrails.
Maximum load per rung: 1,5 kN
Total load capacity: 200 kg.
Standard platform length: 800 mm
Standard equipped with corrugated aluminium rungs. Special length and width on request.
Important:
Delivery is performed in parts (ladders, bridge, etc), assembly is easy and can be done quickly. The handrails are delivered in sets. With the mobile version (= 2 yellow cross beams with 2 swivel castors Ø 160 mm) the height is adjusted: by adding the cross beams, the bridge is 200mm higher. Cross beam when 3 - 7 rungs treden = 1.190 mm, when 8 - 11 rungs = 1.570 mm. The bridge can be extended with 200 mm or 300 mm wide profiles.
